Before submitting an entry fee for your desired tournament, please join the Fairway Connections Golf Club by clicking the "Join Fairway Connections" link. The information on that page is required for any tournament entry.
The tournament entry fee is $15 per person. Each team member will need to pay below using your credit card or Paypal account. A Paypal account is not required. If you would like to join but do not have a teammate, just let us know by typing "None" in the teammate field below.
